Q: P-Duke Technology is a Taiwanese power supply manufacturer in business for 32 years. How did the company start, and how did it get its name?

Q: How long has the company been operating in North America?

A: 21 Years (since 2004)

Q: What is the company support structure like?

A: Global sales organization backed by a high level of engineering support to ensure comprehensive customer service and technical excellence, we provide timely, localized assistance through our strategic locations on both the US West and East Coasts

Q: What is the typical turnaround time on technical issues or questions?

A: Normally within 24 hours.

Q: What is the normal lead time for prototypes? Production? Are products inventoried in California to meet scheduled deliveries?

A: 1-2 weeks for stocked items, and 6-12 weeks for a new production.

We have inventory in California and can accommodate customers’ delivery requirements.

Q: Your distribution network includes Digi-Key. Do you have other distributors?

A: Master Electronics, Beyond Components, bisco industries, Peerless Electronics, PUI, etc.

Q: I do not see a North American or European map of P-Duke contact points online. Is there a plan to add these anytime soon?

A: All products come with 3-year warranty, and 5-year warranty for medical-grade products.

Q: The P-Duke website mentions major customers. Can you name a few to give our readers an idea of the company’s strengths?

Q: Where is your largest market?

Ans: Advanced industrial, Medical, Railway/Rolling Stock / Transportation.
